Honourable Chairperson, Honourable Ranking Member, and distinguished Members of the Committee, good morning. I am grateful for the opportunity to appear before the Committee to provide an update on the conduct of monetary policy during the first half of 2026 and to discuss the broader macroeconomic and financial sector developments that have shaped our policy decisions.
