Mergers and Acquisitions Directive

This Directive is issued under the powers conferred by Sections 54(4) and 92(1) of the Banks & Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930) and shall apply to Regulated Financial Institutions licensed or registered under Act 930. Subject to Section 4 of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992); this Directive shall be construed together with the relevant provisions of Act 992.
