Corporate Governance Disclosure Directive
This Directive is issued under the powers conferred by Sections 56 and 92(1) of the Banks and Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930) and shall apply to Regulated Financial Institutions (RFIs). The Bank wishes to welcome comments on all aspects of this exposure draft.
