Corporate Governance Directive – Revised Transitional Provisions
The Bank of Ghana has today issued an exposure draft on the revised provisions on the Corporate Governance Directive (CDG) – 2018.
The transitional provisions is intended to operationalise the CDG.
The Bank wishes to welcome comments on all aspects of this exposure draft.Comments should be sent to Banking Supervision Department, or email bsd@bog.gov.gh lastest by Friday 14th September, 2018.
