Corporate Governance Directive 2018
The Bank of Ghana has from today 27th December 2018 issued the final Corporate Governance Directive 2018 for compliance by banks, savings and loans companies, financial houses and financial holding companies. In line with the requirements of the Banks and Specialised Deposit taking Institutions Act 2016 (Act 930), the Bank of Ghana has also published the explanatory notes to the corporate governance directive following finalisation of comments received from the industry.
