On 27th January, 2011 the Bank of Ghana by Notice No. BG/GOV/SEC/2011/01, advised the general public on the unauthorized operations of Capital Builders Network Limited.  The company was involved in deposit taking without a licence and the operation was comparable to a “ponzi” scheme. Read more
