Due to the declaration of Wednesday, 31st August 2011 as Eid-Ul-Fitr public holiday in Ghana, the press conference of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Bank of Ghana has been rescheduled to take place on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 11.00 a.m.

The decision of the MPC, with respect to the Bank of Ghana Monetary Policy Rate, will be announced at the press conference following the Committee’s meetings to review developments in the economy.
