The Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of Ghana will hold its 49th regular meeting beginning February 13th 2012 to review developments in the economy. The venue for the meetings will be the MPC Conference Room on the 5th Floor, Head Office, Accra.
The meeting will conclude with a press conference on February 15th 2012 to announce the decision of the Committee on the appropriate positioning of the Bank’s policy rate. |

Due to the declaration of Wednesday, 31st August 2011 as Eid-Ul-Fitr public holiday in Ghana, the press conference of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Bank of Ghana has been rescheduled to take place on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 11.00 a.m.
The decision of the MPC, with respect to the Bank of Ghana Monetary Policy Rate, will be announced at the press conference following the Committee’s meetings to review developments in the economy. |
